We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to support strategic initiatives by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and providing actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data, develop reports, and create dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Access, SQL, or Python.
  • Identify business needs, analyze trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead or support process improvement initiatives, including financial and operational analysis.
  • Communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.
  • Train end users on self-service reporting tools and document reporting solutions.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in a related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years in business analysis, process improvement, or financial analysis.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in financial analysis or finance-related projects.
  • Experience translating data into strategic insights for stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in at least one of the following: Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Access, SQL, or Python.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Experience with process optimization methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, reengineering).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to present data clearly and concisely.
  • Consultative approach with a focus on stakeholder collaboration.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite per week (additional onsite as needed).
