Job Title - Program Manager
Location - Philadelphia, PA- Onsite
Job Description:

Looking for a senior program manager with very good Wireless domain (4G/5G mobile network) understanding, excellent communication/articulation skills, experience of working in a multi stakeholder environment and experience of directly interacting with senior leadership.
Program Management:
o Lead and manage end-to-end program lifecycle for Wireless/4G/5G related projects and initiatives.
o Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
o Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
o Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks and issues.
o Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.
Stakeholder Management:
o Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
o Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.
o Facilitate decision-making processes and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Vendor Management:
o Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
o Oversee vendor deliverables and ensure timely completion.
o Resolve any vendor-related issues and escalate as needed.
Agile Methodologies:
o Facilitate Scrum of Scrums meetings to ensure cross-team coordination and collaboration.
o Plan for dependencies among various teams and ensure smooth workflow.
o Resolve conflicts and roadblocks among teams.
Reporting & Communication:
o Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management.
o Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all projects.
o Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
o Maintain clear and concise project documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in program management in the Mobile/telecommunications/Wireless industry.
Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their application.
Excellent communication, presentation, articulation and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience of working closely with senior management and effective reporting (Adhoc business report showcasing various metrics, monthly/weekly status report, Agile related reports etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in project management and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Tableau).
Experience with wireless domain operations and technologies
