Job Description

The SAP Data Migration Lead S/4HANA will be responsible for leading data migration efforts for S/4HANA implementations, ensuring high data quality and governance while managing the full ETL lifecycle. The role requires hands-on expertise with SAP Data Services, SAP Information Steward, and experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically with BOMs, routing, and project systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Migration & ETL: Lead full-cycle data migration, including Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for multiple SAP projects.
• S/4HANA Implementation: Manage at least three S/4HANA implementations, including at least one within an aircraft manufacturing or similar industry.
• Data Governance & Quality: Implement best practices for data conversion, data management, and governance in SAP environments.
• Project Leadership: Oversee data lifecycle requirements, ensuring alignment with overall project plans and business objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with functional team leads, legacy system experts, and IT teams to ensure seamless data transition.
• Risk & Issue Management: Track project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, providing accurate status reports.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of data experts while coordinating with functional teams to ensure data readiness and quality.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in SAP data migration.
• At least three full S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience in the aircraft manufacturing or similar industry (at least one S/4HANA implementation).
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in SAP Data Services and SAP Information Steward.
• Strong understanding of Data Quality and Governance processes.
• Experience with BOMs, Routing, Project Systems, and Networks in a manufacturing environment.
• Full-cycle ETL process expertise.
