Job Title: Developer (Electro-Mechanical Assembly)
Location: Remote
Experience: 6-8 Years
Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Developer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical and electrical component assembly and testing, working with hand tools, and troubleshooting production issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly & Production: Follow standard operating procedures to assemble products manually or using hand tools.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Assist in assembly, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues to improve production efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and staff to ensure accurate process documentation (Work Instructions, SOPs, etc.).
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Associate s degree in engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent technical experience/certifications.
- Experience:
- 3+ years as a technician with CAD design experience.
- 2-3 years in electro-mechanical or mechanical assembly.
- Industrial work setting experience.
- Experience working with hand tools.
- Technical Competencies:
- AutoCAD
- Testing Concepts
- Process and Methodology
- Mechanical & Electrical Component Assembly and Testing
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing environments.
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
