Title: Maximo Mobile Solutions Consultant
Location: 100% Remote

One of our client is looking for A "Mobile EAM Maximo Application Suite" typically involve managing and maintaining an organization's critical assets using the IBM Maximo mobile application, allowing field technicians to access and update asset information, create work orders, perform inspections, and capture data directly on their mobile devices, all while leveraging the suite's features like asset health monitoring, predictive analytics, and real-time collaboration tools to optimize maintenance operations and minimize downtime.
Key responsibilities might include:
Mobile application configuration:
Setting up and customizing the Maximo Mobile app for specific workflows, including user roles, data fields, forms, and mobile-specific functionalities.
Work order management:
Assigning and managing work orders on mobile devices, enabling technicians to view details, update status, log parts used, and capture images directly in the field.
Asset inspections:
Designing and conducting routine or condition-based inspections using mobile devices, capturing data like readings from sensors, visual observations, and asset condition assessments.
Data synchronization:
Ensuring seamless data synchronization between the mobile app and the Maximo backend system, including updating asset information and work order status in real-time.
Troubleshooting and support:
Identifying and resolving issues related to mobile application functionality, user access, data integrity, and connectivity.
Training and user support:
Providing training to field technicians on using the Maximo mobile app effectively, including navigation, data entry procedures, and reporting functionalities.
Required skills:
Proficient in IBM Maximo Application Suite:
Deep understanding of Maximo features, including asset management, work order management, mobile capabilities, and data integration.
Mobile application development knowledge:
Familiarity with mobile app development concepts, potentially including experience with native or hybrid mobile app frameworks.
Technical skills:
Understanding of database concepts, system integrations, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
Field service operations knowledge:
Awareness of maintenance processes, asset lifecycle management, and typical challenges faced by field technicians.
Strong communication skills:
Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams, field technicians, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide support
