Description
Our client is seeking a technical support specialist to handle on-site technical needs. We'd need someone who can do onsite work like setting up computers, troubleshooting issues, connecting servers, setting up routers, etc. and ensure everything is covered and meeting best practices aligning with industry standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
Deploy, install, modify, and repair user hardware and software systems
Consult with users and managers to identify improvements for hardware and software solutions
Work with IT team to build user documentation to introduce new systems and decrease ticket volume
Identify third party training material that may be beneficial to the organization
Assist senior IT staff in in network design, deployment, and tuning
Assist in Windows Active Directory access, file share, and policy management
Resolve staff-submitted tickets and identify common support trends
Assist in Windows Active Directory access, file share, and policy management
Assist with other infrastructure projects as required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
