Job Description:
Study and understand the PTC s current Billing and Revenue structure and functionality which is largely done in a proprietary system.
Study and understand the PTC s desired Billing and Revenue functionality for UBOS.
Using knowledge gained to coordinate changes and designs to the UBOS and the PTC s other technologies to assure the PTC s needs are met and including following the standards and policies.
Act as PTC s BRIM subject matter expert and represent the PTC in meetings and workshops and works with the UBOS SI team to ensure PTC s needs are met.
Act as a subject matter expert to raise concerns and possible issues to the PTC leadership with enough details for the PTC leadership to decide on how to proceed.
Develops and maintains plans and other documentation as required using PTC established standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies.
Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
Follows the tasks and other duties assigned by the PTC.
Leads, and participates in project team meetings and activities for Billing and Revenue work efforts related to enterprise systems
Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
Reviews SI s documentation on behalf of PTC and advises to the PTC UBOS IT Program Manager on acceptance of the documentation.
Performs hands on testing as part of PTC s acceptance of the SI s solution and provide their opinion to PTC s UBOS IT Program Manager on when a deliverable meets PTC s needs and desires and if doesn t, provide documentation needed for PTC to rectify any issues with the SI.
Assists with conducting lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement.
Follows the tasks and other duties assigned by the UBOS IT Program Manager
Desired Skillset
The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementations of various sizes. Implementation experience for a tolling back office or for a large-scale call center based back office is highly desired. Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Work, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft Project.
Additional beneficial skills include:
ServiceNow Experience in PPM and ITSM modules
Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects
ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies
Provide daily and hourly direction and support to the IT UBOS Team as assigned
Work with the business departments staff and determine priorities and schedules for the work to be performed
Ability to work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned
Utilizes various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties
Performs related duties as assigned
