We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Project Management. The role will involve overseeing and managing a team, leading technical projects, and providing IT support. The position is open to remote work anywhere in the US except CA or TX for tax reasons. This position is primarily managerial & leadership focused (60%), project management (20%), and will also require a technical background (20%) to ensure not only effective management of staff, but also an ability to more effectively support the types of projects the company provides.
Responsibilities:
Leading and managing a team with a focus on fostering leadership skills
Overseeing the management of technical projects applying Agile Scrum and other project management methodologies
Providing IT support and handling related technologies
Understanding and translating technical terms like servers, cabling, networks, VoIP, etc. to non-technical audiences
Occasionally traveling internationally (passport required)
Managing the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring its effective function
Monitoring and supporting various types of projects that the team provides
Ensuring the efficient management of staff and resources.

Requirements
Must haves:
- Minimum 5-6 years of leading/managing a team - ideally 8+
- 8+ years of managing technical projects
- 10+ years of IT support or other related technologies
- Ability to understand technical terms (servers, cabling, networks, VoIP, etc.) and translate these to non-technical people
- Could be some International Travel (passport required) - very infrequent, a couple of times per year
Nice to haves:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Any certifications
