*PROJECT OVERVIEW* Lead the requirements gathering of legacy trading capabilities as we migrate to a modernized platform for our trading and brokerage applications
*REQUIRED SKILLS* 1) Ability to comprehend and articulate end-to-end system workflows 2) Working with developers and business partners to search and come up with requirements. 3) Knowledge and experience of taking complex capabilities and breaking them into clear and concise requirements with well-defined value and acceptance criteria 4) Must have background in financial services and strong understanding of trading 5) Understand fixed protocol (FIX how we send orders and how we get execution) / monitoring fixed connections

We are currently sourcing for a Senior Systems Analyst in Jersey City, NJ or New York, NY!
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of Analysis experience, with a proven track record of delivery of complex technology projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business and technical team members across the organization
- Experience with Agile methodology and JIRA desirable
- Previous experience with trading systems or brokerage technology
- Knowledge and experience of taking complex capabilities and breaking them into clear and concise requirements with well-defined value and acceptance criteria
- Experience understanding the technology and software architecture of an application
- Experience with Mainframe and/or AWS Cloud a plus, but not required
- Experience working with QA and business partners on test scenarios
- Experience detecting scope changes and escalation of issues
