* Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with IT, legal, risk management, and other teams to identify gaps and ensure the proper implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures
* Documentation and Reporting: Assist in the creation of documentation to support regulatory audits, compliance reviews, and project progress reports
* Risk Management: Help identify, assess, and manage risks related to cybersecurity compliance, and assist in developing strategies to mitigate those risks
* Training and Awareness: Help with the development and delivery of training materials to ensure employees are aware of their responsibilities related to cybersecurity compliance
* Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in cybersecurity controls and compliance processes, recommending and helping implement improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Some experience in project management or coordination, preferably in cybersecurity, IT, or compliance-related roles
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as TSA, SOX, SOC 2 Type 2, and FRA
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls and risk management principles
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
* Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus but not required
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of cybersecurity tools, technologies, and standards
* Experience with audit or compliance processes within an organization
* Basic understanding of risk assessment methodologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
