RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Communications Manager II.
Responsibilities:
* Building awareness and authority for IES among its key target audiences by developing qualitative and quantitive research that can be used in multi-channel communications and marketing campaigns, including thought leadership, media interviews, social content, web content, and videos

* Communications expertise is more important than data analytics expertise, but candidates must enjoy working with data
* Communications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills including content development
* Experience and understanding of how to design research and create content that journalists and other content creators (e.g. influencers) will want to share with their respective audiences
* Excellent interpersonal and internal communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with a variety of internal and external teams and keep complex projects on deadline
* Data visualization and design skills are not essential but would be an advantage
* Research - Market research, survey design, and simple data analytics expertise
* A great head for numbers, with the ability to quickly synthesize key findings from survey data and other sources
* More in-depth data analytics skills are not essential but would be an advantage
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
