Role Description: The Technical Recruiter will help support the existing and growing goals of Lead. The Technical Recruiter will bring new engineering and business talent to the company who can help us support our existing business lines and grow our banking as a service business that is critical to the company's success. You will play an essential role in advancing a more diverse, accessible, and inclusive Lead through hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.

In This Role You Will

  • Work on full-cycle recruiting and deliver work consistently in a fast-paced environment by managing time and effort across hiring projects, sourcing strategies, timelines, and deliverables for projects.
  • Support our Tech hiring and business hiring needs with the opportunity to drive GTM and G&A hiring as needed
  • Solve challenges and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data with quantitative or qualitative approaches.
  • Own hiring strategy, sourcing, and building excellent relationships with candidates and Team Leaders.
  • Communicate with candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Work with hiring leaders to create appropriate job descriptions.
  • Have a pulse on external talent landscape to understand current trends in technology; use this knowledge to be responsive and drive creative approaches and solutions to our recruiting function
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience while championing Lead’s culture and employment brand.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience working in a combination recruiting agency and in-house fintech, finance/banking experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated track record in technical recruiting working on a wide array of positions
  • Be action-oriented, with strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Have excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for business and technology
  • Are curious, have humility, are open to learning and approach your work with a growth mindset
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to effectively prioritize assignments and manage time/deadlines

Zone 1: $85,000 - $126,000 (SF/Bay Area, NYC, Seattle, LA)

Zone 2: $75,000 - $110,000 (Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego, Philadelphia, Portland, Sacramento)

Zone 3: $65,000 - $98,000 (Other US Metros)
