We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Program Manager. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of programs, ensuring strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery of key initiatives. The Program Manager will work cross-functionally to define project scope, establish milestones, allocate resources, and drive execution while mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Strategy & Planning:

  • Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop detailed program plans, outlining key milestones, resources, and risk management strategies.
  • Partner with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, expectations, and success metrics.

Execution & Delivery:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute programs effectively, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
  • Monitor progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and proactively address roadblocks to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Implement project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to optimize execution.

Stakeholder & Communication Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates on status, risks, and key decisions.
  • Facilitate program meetings, executive reviews, and cross-team collaboration sessions.
  • Drive transparency and accountability through regular reporting and documentation.

Risk & Issue Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program outcomes.
  • Ensure issues are escalated and resolved efficiently, leveraging data-driven decision-making.

Process Improvement & Innovation:

  • Continuously evaluate and refine program management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leverage industry best practices and emerging trends to drive innovation in program execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience managing end-to-end program execution from concept to launch.

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, and performance metrics.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe) are a plus.
  • Experience in tech, manufacturing, supply chain, or product development industries is highly desirable.
