The Apps & Collaboration team in San Mateo is looking for talented full stack engineers to help us continue to grow and build compelling UI experiences using a best-of-breed tech stack (React/Hooks, Typescript, Kubernetes, Java). Our full stack engineers go all the way to the Java layer to make API changes. 80% of the time you will be working on React/JavaaScript and rest in Java. AS A FULL STACK ENGINEER, YOU WILL:

• Contribute and drive high impact initiatives that span our product areas and tech stack including TypeScript, React, NodeJS, Java, SpringBoot
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, solution architects, and designers to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
• Be a strong contributor to the product vision.
• Build for scale and high performance systems.

OUR IDEAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER WILL HAVE:

• 2+ years of industry experience designing and building scalable web applications with great user experience.
• Significant frontend experience and proficiency with TypeScript, React, and NodeJS.
• Industry experience and strong foundation in Java, and SpringBoot.
• Hands-on experience with GO, and Python.
• Extremely strong fundamental computer science skills.
• Deep understanding of modern web applications architecture, good design patterns, security, performance and scalability.
• Passionate about building the best customer-facing products.
• Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related majors.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

• The estimated base salary range for this role is $157,000 - $230,000.
• Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
  
  
  

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
