- Works closely with the FFC Operations Support Supervisor supporting facility services and complying with policies and procedures
- Provides standard information about policies and procedures providing updates on changes as applicable
- Provides ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested identifying and reporting trends and opportunities related to process gaps to drive operational improvements
- Works within established parameters to ensure quality and productivity metrics
- Completes basic inbound and outbound discrepancy research partnering with leadership to resolve and identify next steps
- Provides guard shack and general administrative support
- Performs scheduled cycle count of product in the facility monitoring and verifying process audits, cycle counts, damages, and hazmat processing are completed daily
- Performs recount of product when inventory differences occur
- Completes reverse logistics key activities
- Performs customer wave and allocation in the order fulfillment process
- Keeps leadership informed of potential issues/problems related to supporting established timelines
- Onboards associates and assists associates with payroll and benefits enrollment
- Completes ad hoc projects as assigned by leader
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in operations support role
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Basic computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in distribution center operations
- Experience with software applications such as Excel, Access or Lowe’s WMS system
- Experience managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously requiring a strong ability to prioritize and manage time
- Experience using troubleshooting processes to resolve problems
