Essential Functions:

  • Works closely with the FFC Operations Support Supervisor supporting facility services and complying with policies and procedures
  • Provides standard information about policies and procedures providing updates on changes as applicable
  • Provides ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested identifying and reporting trends and opportunities related to process gaps to drive operational improvements
  • Works within established parameters to ensure quality and productivity metrics
  • Completes basic inbound and outbound discrepancy research partnering with leadership to resolve and identify next steps
  • Provides guard shack and general administrative support
  • Performs scheduled cycle count of product in the facility monitoring and verifying process audits, cycle counts, damages, and hazmat processing are completed daily
  • Performs recount of product when inventory differences occur
  • Completes reverse logistics key activities
  • Performs customer wave and allocation in the order fulfillment process
  • Keeps leadership informed of potential issues/problems related to supporting established timelines
  • Onboards associates and assists associates with payroll and benefits enrollment
  • Completes ad hoc projects as assigned by leader


Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year experience in operations support role
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills
  • Basic computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office


Preferences:

  • Experience in distribution center operations
  • Experience with software applications such as Excel, Access or Lowe’s WMS system
  • Experience managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously requiring a strong ability to prioritize and manage time
  • Experience using troubleshooting processes to resolve problems
