JD for ASPIRE Master Data Management Coordinator:
- Acts as the Main Contact for the wave, and a coach for the respective Master Data experts at each site in scope, Leads SMEs and Business Data Leads and Content Owners (Assets, Plan, Make, Quality, Deliver, Finance, Procurement, Analytics & Reporting)as well as to a network of external partners.
- Accountable for data migration, cleansing, validation and reconciliation of data objects in scope including coordination with the Master Data experts at each site included in the project scope and the impacted partner systems, according to the project plan. Ensures that all data migration activities and agreements are executed effectively in close collaboration with the global ASPIRE streams (Assets, Plan, Make, Quality, Deliver, Finance, Procurement, Analytics & Reporting).
- Participates in the leadership in strategic global and cross-functional data initiatives and provides status updates for the Senior Management Review.
- Owns the data migration work plan per deployment and issues the Data Management Report, Reviews the template work plan from the global solution and adjust it to the specifics of the deployment
- Aligns number of load cycles with deployment test team based on test approach
- Aligns with the other deployment teams (e.g. process, technology / basis) and all the major stakeholders
- Responsible for applying the global migration solution for the deployment and managing risks/issues, along with the implementation of approved local changes requests deviating from the global solution.
- Responsible for managing, communicate, running and reporting on load cycles and plans
- Reviews work plan for migration build and fixing activities and align them with the overall migration deployment work plan, in particular alignment of bug fixing with test and production loads
- Adjusts the template migration load plan from the global solution to the specifics of the deployment (local Data Migration List, legacy systems, dependencies with other cutover tasks, data volumes and migration execution times)
- Provides status tracking and reporting, incl. cleansing, quality, readiness for load cycles, validation and reconciliation, risk and issue management, migration issue management and defect resolution.
- Acts as a Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for cutover management
- Ensures that compliance needs for GxP data are understood and implemented and that verification is completed successfully
Experience and Education requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 or HANA Master Data Management and coordination seniority 10+ years
- Experience with global implementation projects
- Max Accountability, diligence, sense of ownership, urgency, and ability to escalate, are essential for this position
- Experience with Smartsheets preferred.
- Experience with Jira preferred.
- Experience with SAP preferred, but not necessary
- Outstanding communication skills.
