Title : Healthcare Data Quality Analyst

Location : 100% Remote

Job Description
We are looking for a confident, experienced data quality analyst who will help to define the data standards for the organization s data platform architecture, and help design the data quality processes, standards and business logic related to views and extracts of enterprise data. They will also help plan and implement the data quality capability center within the Enterprise Data Services division s governance and operations team. This role and the desired outcomes will involve ongoing and significant collaboration with data owners and stewards in various business functions and it will liaison with data architects, engineers, integration developers and data analysts.

They will work to ensure the data standards are applied and being used consistently. Creation of and changes to the standards will include interfacing with data governance committees to solicit standard review and approvals, and they will be responsible for related data management and communication with the data platform team.

This role requires significant working experience within a large healthcare organization, working knowledge of healthcare insurance operating systems and related data, including that from related claims, enrollment and billing systems. Significant preference for QNXT systems experience.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience working within a mid-to-large healthcare insurance organization in IT operating and data management environment
  • 5+ years of experience working with related healthcare operations data
  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Quality analyst designing data quality processes, standards and business logic related to enterprise data
  • 3+ years of experience working with data quality tools
  • 3+ years working with data governance solutions and supporting data governance functions
  • 3+ years of experience writing requirements documentation, including BRDs, FRDs and TRDs
  • Strong problem-solving skills/efficiency
  • 3+ years of QNXT, or similar core healthcare insurance operating systems experience
  • 4+ years of experience as a business analyst designing processes, standards and business logic related to enterprise data
  • 3+ years working with data governance solutions and supporting data governance functions
  • 3+ years of experience writing requirements documentation, including BRDs, FRDs and TRDs
  • Strong problem-solving skills/efficiency
  • 3+ years of process definition and design. Lean Six Sigma certification and experience preferred.
  • 2+ years managing projects following Agile methodology within a JIRA environment
  • Exceptional communications and documentation experience
