Position : Contract Recruiter
Location : Germantown Maryland
Direct Client Requirement
Responsibilities:
Work a full desk
Proactively build candidate pipelines
Prescreen candidates for position fit
Utilize traditional and non-traditional resources to identify qualified candidates through job posting sites, referrals, networking and social media opportunities
Provide hands-on sourcing-related support and manage the search process for key/critical positions
Work with business leaders/managers to create valid thoughtful postings
Basic Requirements:
4+ years of successful experience sourcing and recruiting talent
2+ more years of experience using Recruiting/Applicant Tracking Systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Workday
Experience working and recruiting in industries such as Telecom, Engineering, Consumer Electronics, etc.
Solid knowledge and understanding of compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to recruiting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experienced public speaker.
Excellent organizational skills.
