  • Closing Management: Lead the charge in organizing and managing multi-state commercial loan closings, from document prep to post-closing follow-ups.
  • Document Preparation & Recordation: Draft and file essential documents like UCC financing statements, mortgages, and deeds.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Undergraduate degree and paralegal certificate (or equivalent experience) with 5-7 years in commercial real estate law.
  • Skills: Stellar communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: Flexibility to juggle changing priorities and the drive to take initiative.

Compensation: $120,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
