Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings across multiple ecommerce platforms, ensuring integration with relevant software tools
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including creative, merchandising, IT/Dev, and production to streamline processes
  • Create and implement strategies for efficient product listing management and merchandising
  • Perform daily audits of listings to ensure they meet quality, accuracy, and brand compliance standards, while resolving any errors
  • Monitor and address customer feedback to maintain platform reputation
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure technical compliance across selling accounts
  • Track and report on the performance of sponsored product advertisements (ad creation is not required)
  • Stay current on the latest ecommerce technology trends and consumer behavior insights to recommend improvements for the customer shopping experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience (2+ years)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing ecommerce product listings
  • Deep understanding of product listing management, organic SEO, paid product ads, and data feed optimization
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently using both internal resources and online tools
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to become a subject matter expert in ecommerce
