We are looking for a Workday Extend Developer with a strong background in Workday Integrations and custom application development. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Workday Extend, along with proficiency in Workday integrations and HR system implementations. This is a remote role, but candidates must be located within the US.
Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement custom applications and extensions using Workday Extend.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Workday functional teams to ensure seamless integration of custom solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation such as design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate custom solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom Workday applications and integrations.
- Stay updated with Workday s latest features to continuously enhance and optimize solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed Workday applications and extensions.
- 2-3 years of experience in Workday Extend development.
- Strong knowledge of Workday architecture and integration capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations (2-3 years).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and XSLT for Workday custom development.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and business teams.
- Experience with Workday Studio.
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems.
- Experience with Workday Prism (Nice to have).
