Lead Process Engineer

• Relevant Experience in SOFC (Solid Oxide Fuel Cell) process design, EPC or related field (Engineering Procurement And Construction), mechanical balance of plant and electrical balance of plant
• Experience in performing process calculation related to sizing of Lines, Pump, Compressor, Hear Exchanger, Filter, 2 Instrumentations, Valves phase separator, surge vessel/tank, absorption system and develop Equipment specification sheet
• Experience of control design, sizing control valve, flow meter over pressure protection and Bulk Process instrument (Pressure Instrument, Temparature Instrument, Level Instrument, Piping and Instrument) and developing instrument specification sheet
• Experience in writing process design Sheet and Criteria, Process description, process control narrative, Operating Manual, Start Up Shut Down Procedure and Standard Operating Procedure
• Bachelor's degree in chemical Engineer or Related Discipline
• Review the supplied input documents and provide any RFI required to gain a detailed and complete understanding of the currently defined process and system design.
• Evaluate the process and system design and identify any gaps or areas for improvement with respect to achieving Product Requirements.
• Prepare and submit a detailed report summarizing an assessment of the process and system design including quantitative assessment against product requirements.
• Resolve all reviewer comments on the report.
• Prepare and submit a detailed report indicating proposed changes to the process and system design to enable Standard Off-the-Shelf components or otherwise reduce overall product cost.
• Resolve all reviewer comments on the report and prepare a design review for the determined scope.
• Host a design review or design reviews to release proposed design changes to detailed engineering.
• Prepare mark-ups to the Heat and Material Balance, PFD, P&ID, PROCDS and HAZOP for approved changes.
