Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will join the team and help onboard new customers to a cutting-edge financial services platform. In this role, you will ensure the infrastructure's reliability, scalability, and security while providing exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage hardware authentication tokens for secure customer access.
Configure and maintain Amazon EKS clusters using Helm charts for application deployment7
Develop and optimize Docker containers for our microservices architecture
Create and manage "ghost servers " using the Go programming language for enhanced system resilience
Utilize AWS services, including EC2 and ECS, to build and maintain our cloud infrastructure8
Engage directly with customers to provide technical support and guidance during the onboarding process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and performance
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS cloud services, particularly EC2, ECS, and EKS8
Proficiency in Go programming language for backend development
Strong knowledge of Docker and container orchestration technologies
Experience with Helm for Kubernetes package management3
Familiarity with hardware security tokens and multi-factor authentication systems
Excellent communication skills for customer-facing interactions
Proven track record of remote work experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with financial services or fintech platforms
Knowledge of compliance and security standards in the financial industry
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
