Role: Project Manager (Healthcare)

Job Description:
- 5 + years of Planning, initiating and managing Information Technology (IT) projects;
- Leading and guiding the work of the technical staff. Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects;
- Working with the client s business owner to develop the project charter;
- Planning project stages and assessing business applications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met;
- Identifying , analyzing and engaging project stakeholders;
- Defining high-level project scope, time, cost and budget;
- Developing project management plan scope, requirements, risks, communication, change management and procurement;
- Identifying milestones followed by detailed plan with activities, duration, resources, critical path and project deliverables;
- Defining baseline for activities and resource followed by tracking of planned vs. actual work;
- Supporting business readiness plan;
- Evaluating project risks, risks awareness and risk mitigation;
- Managing multiple medium to large-sized projects or a single highly complex project;
- Interacting with senior leadership within the client related to business requirements;
- Determining and coordinating the sharing of leveraged resources among projects;
- Identifying opportunities and making recommendations for project management process improvements and
- Assessing vendors (internal and external), facilitate the contracting process with contracting team, and provide vendor management and oversight as it relates to project performance
- Responsible for developing, refining, and monitoring the project budgets throughout the project life cycles.
- Manages budgets to hours and dollar allocations to the approved amounts in accordance with financial processes.
- Proactively manages the change request process for project level scope, schedule and budget changes throughout the project life cycle.
