Description
The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for providing advanced user support for internally built applications. This role involves troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving complex technical issues, as well as collaborating with development teams to enhance application functionality. The Senior Systems Analyst will also play a key role in user training and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
User Support:
- Provide advanced technical support to users of internally built applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and support requests.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate development teams.
Application Analysis:
- Analyze user requirements and system specifications to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement application enhancements.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure applications meet user needs.
Documentation and Training:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user guides and technical documentation.
- Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding and utilization of applications.
- Create and update FAQs and knowledge base articles to assist users in troubleshooting common issues.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to ensure seamless application support.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss application performance and user feedback.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for user support.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application support capabilities.
- Provide input on the development of new applications and features based on user feedback
