Job Description: Business Development Representative (Contract)
Duration: Contract until 09/30/2025

- 1 candidate for Weston, FL
- 1 candidate for Lowell, MA
Schedule:
- Hybrid Schedule: Any 2 days from Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday in office
- Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST (1 hour lunch)
- 40 hours per week.
About the Team:
Our Business Development Contractors are integral members of the Business Development and Marketing team! You ll play a key role in growing our sales pipeline and ensuring the accuracy and cleanliness of our Salesforce CRM. As part of a 100-person team, you ll focus on generating new business opportunities for our Field Sales Executives while contributing to the overall success of the department.
About the Role:
- Salesforce Database Cleanup: Begin with Salesforce database clean-up, including contact verification and white-spacing of account records.
- Lead Reassignment: Ensure proper reassignment of leads that are not automatically allocated by our internal lead-matching system.
- Account Research: Use tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and company websites to conduct research on new prospects and accounts.
- Outbound Lead Generation: Leverage your prospecting skills to generate new revenue opportunities by reaching out to leads via outbound calling, email outreach, and other communication methods.
- Collaboration with Field Sales: Partner with the field sales team to ensure leads are routed correctly and to drive prospecting or cold-call efforts.
- BDR Onboarding: Participate in BDR onboarding training and align with peers in weekly meetings to stay on track with team goals.
- Incorporate Technology: Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo for prospecting and lead management.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with internal lead coordinators, the outside sales organization, and prospective customers to generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a marketing, sales, or customer service role.
- Exceptional time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise software, specifically HCM (Human Capital Management) or Workforce Management.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
