  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and address challenges effectively.
  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to users on utilizing the Icertis CLM platform effectively.
  • Develop and maintain user documentation for reference.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Share expertise and insights to guide and mentor junior team members.
  • Foster strong collaboration across departments to ensure seamless integration of Icertis CLM within our organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in implementing and configuring Icertis CLM solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing Icertis CLM projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies.
  • Experience in providing user training and support is a plus
