RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Change Manager/Project Manager for a 4-6 month contract (with potential extension) to lead the implementation of MoneyGuidePro, a financial planning tool within Envestnet. This role is fully remote, with occasional travel if needed.

Key Responsibilities:
* Change Manager/Project Manager will collaborate with Program Owner to drive the vision for the MoneyGuidePro implementation
* Develop and execute a communications and adoption strategy for the long-term launch of the tool
* Work with advisors, technical teams, and business owners to ensure organizational readiness and smooth transition
* Partner with stakeholders to prepare field advisors for tool adoption, including change management and training initiatives
* As a Change Manager/Project Manager, you will address blockers and issues promptly, ensuring consistent communication and alignment across teams
* Conduct impact assessments, evaluate adoption progress, and identify areas for improvement
* Distill insights into actionable plans for leadership, acting as a "chief people officer" for the Program Owner

Key Goals:
* Drive adoption and ensure the successful use of MoneyGuidePro across the organization
* Implement a communications strategy to guide stakeholders through the implementation process
* Work closely with the Program Owner and other stakeholders to address challenges and ensure project success

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong change management background with experience in organizational readiness for software launches
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders
* Proven ability to drive adoption and mindset shifts around new tools and processes
* Ability to collaborate across teams and deliver updates on risks and progress
* Wealth management experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
