* Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and development teams
* Help create user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
Collaborative Support:
* Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication
* Provide support to senior analysts and project teams through the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and testing
Change Management:
* Assist in developing and executing change management plans to ensure smooth transitions to new systems and processes
* Help train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
* 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
* Basic knowledge of data flows, data modeling, and database technologies
* Good documentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly
* Experience with project management methodologies and tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Power BI, SAS, R, and Python
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., ECBA)
* Experience with Agile methodologies
* Familiarity with marketing processes and systems
* Experience with change management and training end-users
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
