Job Title: Program Manager

Duration: 9 Months (Contract/Contract to Hire)

Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid

Description:

Business Initiative/Purpose: (Goal, Business Impact, Accomplishments from the work)

  • Goal- to support the CPM model transformation efforts.

Role Responsibilities: (What they will be doing)

  • Help envision and shape DCXM s centralized portfolio management transformation.
  • Lead planning of moving from vision to execution through a prioritized, phased approach, inclusive of goals/objectives, stakeholder engagement, milestones and success metrics.
  • Drive strategic change initiatives encompassed in the phases of portfolio management transformation.
  • On point for stakeholder management and communication.
  • DCXM roadmap planning and development.
  • Discover and lead on-going continuous improvement efforts.

Bachelor Degree: (Required, Preferred or Not Required)

  • Required.

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)

  • Must have prior program management, senior level project management experience.
  • Must have experience leading large scale, cross functional initiatives.

PlNice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)

  • PMP Certification
