Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end support for SAP CRM applications, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that enhance SAP CRM functionality.
Support the integration and maintenance of related technologies including BigMacLogger, TREX, Quickpack, and Java-based applications within the SAP CRM ecosystem.
Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of enhancements, fixes, and upgrades for SAP CRM systems and related technologies.
Perform system configuration, data management, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations of the SAP CRM landscape.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues, working with technical teams to resolve root causes and improve system efficiency.
Provide subject matter expertise on SAP CRM-related projects and initiatives, assisting with system architecture, integration, and performance optimization.
Ensure that all system changes adhere to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Participate in cross-functional projects, providing input on system design and helping with testing, deployment, and go-live support.
Mentor and support junior analysts and team members, offering guidance and best practices for troubleshooting and system improvements.
Work with vendors and external teams to resolve any third-party tool or service-related issues impacting SAP CRM functionality.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as an SAP CRM Analyst or in a similar IT support role, with deep technical expertise in SAP CRM systems.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP CRM configuration, implementation, and support.
In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies including BigMacLogger, TREX, Quickpack, and Java-based applications integrated with SAP CRM.
Proficiency in troubleshooting SAP CRM issues, performing root cause analysis, and providing efficient solutions.
Strong understanding of SAP CRM architecture, data structures, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP PI/PO).
Experience with performance tuning, data migration, and system optimization within SAP CRM.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
SAP CRM certification or other relevant SAP certifications.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or other legacy & modern SAP platforms.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
Experience working in a global or multi-location environment.
