Will be part of the Infrastructure Delivery Team within the company. Will report directly to the Portfolio Manager that oversees the Retail Portfolios in the company and will be based in Irving, Texas. Will coordinate directly with managers to implement all technology related to real estate initiatives. Contract Duration: 11+ Months

Required Skills & Experience
3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for Infrastructure projects.
Experience in CRS projects related to Network Services, End User Technology, Voice, Audio Visual, Servers, Virtualization, NAS/SAN Requirements and print management.
Waterfall Methodology is required for most projects.
Able to effectively manage meetings and multiple projects, drives results and handles risk and conflict resolution.
Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
Proficient with MS Office, especially Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Agile Certification and Training.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Will ensure that all assigned Projects/Programs are managed within budget, scope and timelines, and follow the company's standard processes.
  • Will be responsible for managing assigned Projects/Programs to deliver infrastructure technology by working with multiple technology streams in a matrix environment.
  • Will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders such as senior management and business leaders, technology support teams, construction managers, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.
  • Responsible for outlining, defining, and initiating the project.
  • Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
  • Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
