The Human Resources Manager will support leadership in implementing local initiatives and executing regional and corporate programs. This role focuses on attracting, developing, retaining, and engaging talent to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role (preferred).
  • Experience with HR systems such as SAP or Workday (preferred).

Certifications (Preferred):

  • PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and coaching abilities.
  • Ability to motivate, develop, and direct employees.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations.
