This is a long term contract position and is 100% remote, but you would be required to work Pacific Time. The Jiva Configuration Specialist will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining the Jiva Care Management System to enhance healthcare management and workflow automation.

Responsibilities of the Jiva Configuration Specialist:
- Configure Jiva modules, workflows, and rules using the Clicbank tool based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into efficient Jiva configurations.
- Implement best practices for configuration management, version control, and documentation.
- Utilize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis to support configuration efforts.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
Qualifications of the Jiva Configuration Specialist:
- 5 years of experience in Jiva configuration and customization, with proficiency in the Clicbank tool.
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience in developing and executing test plans, preferably in a healthcare or regulated industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps/TFS, Jira, Scrum).
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, medical terminology, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Medicaid and Medicare guidelines).
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Compensation of the Jiva Configuration Specialist:
- Hourly Rate: $55.0-$60.0 per hour ***depending on experience***
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
