  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to assess risks and develop effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, quantity takeoff, and engineering principles is preferred.
