- Prepare detailed construction schedules and estimates for proposed projects.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies during the pre-construction phase.
- Review and analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications for constructability and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Procore, and Bluebeam for project planning and management.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and assist with contract administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in construction engineering or pre-construction roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and estimating techniques.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to assess risks and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with budgeting, quantity takeoff, and engineering principles is preferred.
