- Greet and assist library patrons
- Shelve books and magazines, file, clip newspaper articles, and keep statistics; create displays
- Keep library and its equipment working and clean
- Report problems in the library to supervisor to manage
- Dust, clean, and help closing the library
- Complete timesheets accurately and appropriately
