Job Title: Outbound Sales Consultant

Location: 100 % Remote

Location: Remote

Duration: 5 months contract (Possible Extension)

Work shift: Worker shift will typically start at 8-9am of the worker's time zone.

However, training hours will be specific to a time zone at 9-5:30pm ET. Regardless of where the candidate sits.

Sales methodology to include proper introduction, discovery, recap, recommendation, closing. Also, the ability to calculate basic returns on investment. Software acumen, for example, what is the cloud?

NOTES:

• Experience in selling a service – cable, phone, electric, etc. – does not necessarily need to be SaaS experience

• Someone who wants to be in Sales – working to convert shoppers to buyers

• Full cycle selling – Understanding the need to placing the order

• Someone who can handle working in multiple software systems

• Will handle a high volume of calls and/or chats

• Will be working to sell addressing up to 5 different product lines: Payments (Merchant Processing), Payroll, Live Bookkeeping, QB Core Product (Desktop and Cloud)

Responsibilities:

  • Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)
  • Set targets for the sales department.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics.
  • Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates Analyze market trends.
  • Monitor competition and follow current developments Ensure sales team is up-to-date with business targets.
  • Motivate sales team to achieve great results,
  • Find prospective customers and new target segments Requirements Proven work experience as a sales consultant
  • Familiarity with CRM programs Ability to gather and interpret data Organizational and analytical skills Communication skills BS degree in Marketing or related field.
