The opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our dynamic Medical Affairs and Publications team. As an Account Executive in our Medical Affairs and Publications division, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client accounts. You will work closely with our experienced account team to ensure the seamless coordination and successful delivery of projects that span various medical and scientific channels. Your contributions will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of service and client satisfaction.

Role responsibilities

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

• Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of medical affairs and publications projects. This includes managing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring project deliverables are met on schedule.
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the account team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
• Client Interaction: Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, facilitating clear and effective communication. Ensure client needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Financial Management: Support the financial aspects of projects by assisting with budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting. Ensure projects remain within budget and financial objectives are achieved.
• Content Management: Prepare or support the preparation of materials for submission to client systems or tools, and/or other platforms or websites.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control processes to ensure all project deliverables meet the required standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Skills & expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or medical communications industry is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

At EPG, the provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States, considering factors like your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities.
