We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer (GenAI) with a strong background in Red-Teaming and Prompt Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for stress-testing AI models, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing robust defenses for Generative AI applications.

- Conduct GenAI Red-Teaming to identify weaknesses in AI/ML models.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to enhance model outputs.
- Utilize automated red-teaming tools such as PyRIT, Garak, Giskard, and others.
- Work on LLM applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance AI reliability.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and security teams to improve AI model robustness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI security, adversarial ML, and GenAI risk mitigation.
Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Red-Teaming, and Prompt Engineering.
Strong knowledge of LLM apps and RAG systems.
Proficiency with Python and experience with AI security tools (PyRIT, Garak, Giskard, etc.).
Experience in adversarial attacks, bias detection, and model evaluation techniques.
Background in ML security, NLP, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications Experience with secure AI model deployment in cloud environments.
Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and ethical AI practices.
Understanding of AI governance, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
