- Demonstrated experience in advocacy services and collaboration with internal and external resources
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with assessment and advocacy skills
- Ability to provide education and consultative services to military families regarding career and financial management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Experience working with family programs or military social service agencies
- Familiarity with the FFSMIS system
- Personal understanding of the military lifestyle as a family member
