Job Description: Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Enterprise Architect to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in architecture along with a strong background in implementing Salesforce and SAP solutions. Additionally, this role demands an individual with experience in solution, integration, and data architecture, combined with a deep understanding of modern technological trends such as generative AI, master data management (MDM), and cloud architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture solutions that align with the organization's business strategy and objectives.
Lead and oversee major transformation programs, including front office and back-office implementations using platforms like Salesforce, SAP, MuleSoft, Data Lake, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and standards for major implementations and integrations.
Design and implement robust and scalable solution architectures that meet business needs and leverage best practices and industry standards.
Develop and maintain integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow and communication between disparate systems within the organization.
Architect and manage data solutions that support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting requirements, ensuring data integrity and security.
Utilize knowledge of generative AI, MDM, and cloud architecture to enable and advance the organization s technological capabilities.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements, identify gaps, and develop comprehensive solutions that align with strategic goals.
Develop and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and governance across the organization.
Drive global implementation of integrated architecture including Salesforce, SAP, data lake, data cloud, and marketing automation solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other architects and technical teams.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, and continually seek opportunities to improve and innovate within the enterprise architecture landscape.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing major transformation programs, specifically with technologies such as Salesforce, SAP, MuleSoft, Data Lake, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Data Lake and other cloud data platforms.
Hands-on experience with building Architecture blueprints and roadmaps.
Proven experience in solution architecture, Integration Architecture, data architecture, and cloud computing technologies.
Familiarity with MuleSoft and Azure services for integration architecture.
Proficient in enabling generative AI, MDM, and Cloud Architecture.
Excellent understanding of enterprise-level applications and infrastructure.
Solid understanding of data governance and security standards.
Experience with marketing automation tools and technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor s degree in information technology or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Salesforce, Azure, AWS, or relevant cloud technologies.
Experience with additional cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
