Job Description Position: AI Solutions Architect
Location: 100% Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven AI Solutions Architect to design and implement AI-driven solutions that solve complex business problems and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, designing scalable AI solutions, and leading the implementation of advanced technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. The ideal candidate is a senior developer aspiring to transition into a Solution Architect role or someone with prior experience in architectural design for AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges and propose AI solutions, including Generative AI, to drive business value.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AI solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage technical risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as required.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with quality standards, data privacy regulations, and ethical AI use practices.
• Communicate AI solution benefits to stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress and performance.
• Work with data scientists and engineers to design and maintain scalable data pipelines for AI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess build-versus-buy opportunities based on available technology resources.
• Establish an extensible and scalable AI tech stack for future requirements.
• Define and implement AI solution design, architecture, and development standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specs, and user guides.
• Develop methods to measure and report AI performance and reliability.
• Establish a forward-looking AI technology strategy to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
• Stay updated on AI technologies, trends, and industry best practices by attending training, conferences, and seminars.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or comparable experience).
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years as an AI Solutions Engineer, AI Architect, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful AI projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of AI model deployment, automation, and process improvement.
• Methodologies:
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
• Other Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative and critical-thinking approach.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to persevere and achieve successful outcomes in challenging situations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of work.
