Role : Business Analyst with (Logistics / Supply Chain / Retail / Inventory Management)

Location : Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Duration : Contract

Client Interview : Teams and In-person Meeting

Work Mode : Hybrid (Weekly 2 days to Office)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as an intermediary between Business and IT by using a deep understanding of business processes, Client s existing systems, and technology to help business partners achieve their desired outcomes.

Responsible for working with the IT project management team to prioritize these changes and define the project scope.

Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document current and future state processes by creating functional specification documents, process flows, etc.

Builds testing plans, scenarios, and scripts to support QA efforts; actively participates in unit and system tests while coordinates user acceptance testing.

Responsible for developing the governance process and change control management by using best practices for prioritization, requirements gathering, QA, UAT, and end-user training.

Assist and coordinate the data preparation as required for QA and UAT process.

Develops training materials and provides training to end-users.

QUALIFICATIONS, education AND experience

A Bachelor s Degree or higher in Computer Science.

10+ years of Business Analyst experience in the Information Technology area.

Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes

Experience developing delivery process documentation, including UAT scenarios, test cases, functional design documents, technical specification documents, and process reporting

Understanding of best practices specific to SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative, and other project lifecycles

Previous experience working on multiple projects with various timelines

Demonstrated knowledge and skills in information technology, including wireframe billing tools, MySQL, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

Excellent communication skills, written and oral proficiency in English.
