RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Technical Program Product Manager II in Redmond, WA.
Responsibilities:
* Lead (single threaded ownership) a program managing the design changes coordination's with manufacturing and operations
* Manage the single source of truth for schedule developed with the stakeholders for production and operations
* Own weekly/bi-weekly team and sub-team meetings
* Collaborate across supply chain, launch operations, manufacturing, structural engineering and GSE engineering to maintain and prioritize requirements and design activities
* Identify improvement opportunities with operational stakeholders to eliminate schedule disruptions and/or reduce data defects
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelors degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Aviation, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
* 3+ years of working directly with engineering and production teams implementing design changes (hardware and software)
* Data-driven
* Experience with data analytics - Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight, SQL
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
* Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
* Experience driving improvement in operations, supply chain, manufacturing environment
* Experience owning cross-functional program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
