What will I be doing? As an Associate Product Analyst on the Property Management Product team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of innovative property capabilities and experiences in collaboration with product, business, and technology teams. This position will be committed to gathering and refining requirements for next generation Property Management System (PMS).

You will be responsible for coordinating the documentation, analysis, and validation of functional requirements, in partnership with Property product and business stakeholders. More specifically you will:
1. Requirement Gathering and Documentation:
* Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) to capture and refine requirements from stakeholders.
* Document requirements in user stories, acceptance criteria, and other ticket formats using agreed-upon standards.
* Ensure clarity, consistency, and completeness of tickets
* Participate in ongoing pod ceremonies.
2. Functional and Technical Documentation:
* Assist the PO in creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation for the pod's deliverables.
* Update and organize documentation to reflect changes in scope, features, or technical specifications.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across technology, product, and business teams.
* Act as a liaison to ensure alignment between the pod's work and stakeholder expectations.
* Facilitate regular communication and updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
4. Support Special Projects:
* Assist with ad hoc tasks, research, or initiatives as directed by the PO or other PEP Product leaders.
* Provide analytical and logistical support for cross-functional projects that impact the pod's work.

* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of tools

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
* Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field * Two (2) years of Hotel experience, preferably in Front Office/Hotel Operations
* Knowledge of Property Management systems
* Travel: 20% as required It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
* Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 2+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 4+ years of Technology related experience
* Four (4) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
* Three (3) + of Hotel experience, preferably in Front Office/Hotel Operations
* Two (2) + years experience as a Business Analyst
* Knowledge of the Agile Methodology and prominent tools such as Jira and Confluence
