The opportunity

As a Program Coordinator you will be assigned to support one or more of our amazing clients. You will work under the direction of seniors from the account team and provide support and coordination with all administration and project management activities.

Role responsibilities

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

• Support efficient, compliant, and high-quality project/service delivery to EPG clients.
• EPG and client standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.
• Compliance requirements applicable to assigned account(s).
• EPG business offerings and the lifecycle of project deliverables.
• Directly prepare or support the preparation of project timelines.
• Develop and maintain account-specific project tracking information for use by internal team and/or client.
• Liaise internally within the core account team and with shared services to monitor adherence to timelines and identify project delivery issues, escalating these as appropriate.
• Includes maintaining oversight of projects through print and production stages, where applicable.
• Provide support, as required, to the Account Management lead on the account.

• Ability to handle multiply project simultaneously covering all areas of project management.
• Highly organized and ability to multitask whilst working independently.
• Has a proactive, problem-solving approach, who is a self-starter and quick learner.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Customer-focused approach to project delivery.
• Positive and constructive approach when working under pressure.
• Preferably prior experience in a medical communication, or similar, agency environment.
• Preferably prior experience of a publication tool e.g. IEnvision, Datavision, Pub Stat.

At EPG, the provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States, considering factors like your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities.
