Location: Remote
Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 + 40%-50% Commissions + Benefits

e.) We intend to stay small so that there are plenty of clients and jobs to work on and recruiters are not stepping on each other's toes for candidate and client ownership.
f.) Great commission plans that start at 40% and can reach as high as 50%
Must-Have Skills:
1.) 2+ years of experience in 360 / Full Desk Agency Recruiting is required. You must be able to Win Accounts, Deliver for your Accounts, Expand your Accounts
2.) Be a High Achiever - You must demonstrate a solid history of current success in a Full Desk agency environment
3.) Team Player / Strong Character and Ethics is a must.
