- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with trades and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Conduct scope reviews to confirm project requirements and deliverables.
- Create and manage bid packages for contractors and suppliers.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and material pricing for accurate budgeting.
- Prepare and maintain bid lists for project procurement.
- Oversee material scheduling and delivery to ensure timely availability.
- Implement and uphold construction management best practices to optimize project performance.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in project management across multiple sectors, particularly in Higher Education, K12, Commercial, Multi Family, and Hospitality.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools - Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project preferred.
