Marketing Strategy & Activation – Developing and executing innovative marketing strategies and disruptive activations to drive growth in the Accessories segment.
- Global Collaboration – Partnering with international teams to align strategies, share best practices, and achieve regional and global business objectives.
- To find new opportunities of products according to market and business necessities.
- Sales Analysis & Forecasting – Conducting in-depth sales performance analysis, developing accurate forecasts, and optimizing inventory management to improve efficiency and sales effectiveness.
- Field Operations Performance Management – Designing, implementing, and monitoring KPIs to measure and enhance the effectiveness of the sales field operations team.
- Ensure advertising and communication material for all accessories.
- Field Operations Performance Management – In a small scale, managing sales teams, tools and data to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Follow up with field operations team in a weekly basis providing accurate information about market opportunities.
- Incentive budget management – ensuring accurate processing of purchase requisitions for incentives and calculation.
- Bachelor’s degree Engineering and/or Marketing.
- Vehicle parts identification/Automotive mechanics
- English profiency, spoken and written.
- 5 years of minimum experience in this position or similar preferably in the automotive industry
- 2 years of minimal experience on similar position.
- Experience in accessories commercialization.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial areas and administration
- Projects development experience
