Main Purpose of Job

The position provides value adding support to the staff and administration of assigned Local Education Agencies (LEAs) in all matters related to their school facilities from concept planning, to funding, through design and building, maintenance and operations including systems replacements. This advisory management position assists in the development of strategies for ensuring safe, healthy, and educationally sufficient school facilities including their capital and operational funding, facility management procedures, proper staffing ratios, and the entire facility management process.
